Anti- Mi-2 autoantigen 240 kDa (Chromodomain Helicase-DNA-binding protein 3). IgG fraction (monoclonal)

IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 8D6/B5) obtained by immunization of mice with Mi2-alpha protein (240 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution) and Western Blot (1:10,000 dilution). It recognizes the Mi-2 auto-antigen 240 kDa. This nuclear protein is an ATP-dependent nucleosome remodeling. It has a DNA dependent, nucleosome stimulated ATPase activity and a role for chromatin re-organization in cancer metastasis.
