IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 7D7/H9) obtained by immunization of mice with the C-terminal domain of human PCAF. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution) and Western Blot. It recognizes the C-terminal domain of PCAF protein. This region of PCAF has intrinsic acetyltransferase activity with core histones (H3 and H4), and with nucleosome core particles to promote transcriptional activation. It also acetylates p53 protein in response to DNA damage.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
