IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6G10/H1) obtained by immunization using a recombinant human transcriptional repressor SAP18 (18 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA (1: 8,000 dilution) and Western blot analysis. SAP 18 is a polypeptide component of a histone deacetylase complex which includes Sin3 (protein with four putative paired amphipathic helix domains), HDCA1 and HDCA2.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.2).
