IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2D11/E6) obtained by immunization using purified Remodeling and Spacing Factor, RSF. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA, Western blot analysis (1: 2,000 dilution) and immunoprecipitation. It recognizes the large subunit (325 kDa) of RSF complex. This complex is capable of facilitating ATP-dependent nucleosome remodeling and transcription initiation from chromatin templates.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.2).
