IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2C10/E1) obtained by immunization using purified Remodeling and Spacing Factor (RSF). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assays (1:8,000 dilution), Western blot and immunoprecipitation. It recognizes the small subunit (135 kDa) of the RSF complex. This complex is capable of facilitating ATP-dependent nucleosome remodeling and transcription initiation from chromatin templates.
- Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.2).
