IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 8G2/I9) obtained by immunization using a recombinant human CDK7. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA (1: 8,000 dilution) and Western blot analysis. CDK7 is the catalytic subunit of the CDK-activating kinase (CAK) complex, a serine-threonine kinase. Cyclin-dependent kinases are activated by the binding to Cyclin and mediate the progression through the cell cycle.
