IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6F11/D8) obtained by immunization of mice with human transcription factor II H (32 kDa subunit). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:500 dilution) and Western Blot (1:3,000) in reducing and non-reducing conditions. It recognizes the p32 subunit of transcription factor II H.
