Catalog no.
TM-271-55
$425.00
IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 9I11/C11) obtained by immunization using purified human transcription factor IIE-gamma(p43). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA (1: 8,000 dilution) and Western blot analysis. It recognizes the small subunit (43 kDa) of TFIIE-gamma complex.
