IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 3B3/G11) obtained by immunization using a recombinant human C-terminal domain of FCP1. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA (1: 4,000 dilution) and immunoprecipitation analysis. CTD Phosphatase (FCP1) catalyses the dephosphorylation of the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the largest subunit of RNA polymerase II. This phosphatase activity is stimulated by the transcription factor TFIIF.
- Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.2).
