IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2A10/E2) obtained by immunization of mice with a peptide of ERCC2 (80 kDa subunit of TFIIH). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

  • Storage: Store at -20°C.
  • Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
  • Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution). It recognizes ERCC2 subunit of TFIIH and it has not cross reaction with ERCC3 subunit. ERCC2 is an ATP-dependent 5'-3' DNA helicase, component of the core-TFIIH transcription factor. It is involved in nucleotide excision repair of DNA by opening around the damage, and the initiation of transcription catalyzed by RNA polymerase II.
  • Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS
