IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2F2/I9)obtained by immunization using recombinant inner capsid protein VP6 of human rotavirus (58 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose. This monoclonal antibody is different from product Catalog #RVM-1601A-5 in the Isotyping.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1: 50,000 dilution), Western Blot analysis (1: 5,000 dilution),and latex agglutination assays.
