Rabbit anti-Human Gamma- Synuclein IgG fraction polyclonal antibody

IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide (EKEEVAEEAQSGGD) corresponding to amino acids 114 - 127 of human gamma-synuclein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA and Western Blot using the immunizing peptide. Human Gamma-Synuclein (breast cancer-specific gene 1) is a soluble protein belonging to the synuclein family. This protein is expressed in the peripheral nervous system and it is overexpressed in advanced infiltrating breast cancer and other different cancers. Gamma-Synuclein is also associated with axonal pathology in Parkinson's disease and others neurodegenerative disordes.
• Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
