Rabbit anti-Human Glucose Transporter type 1 (GLUT 1) IgG fraction polyclonal antibody
Catalog no.
PCA-3030a-9
$425.00
IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide (LFHPLGADSQV) corresponding to amino acids 482-492 of human GLUT 1. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA (1: 500 dilution) and Western blot (1:1,000 dilution) using the immunizing peptide. Glucose transporter type 1 (GLUT1) is a member of the Glut family of tranamembrane proteins which mediates facilitative transport of glucose. GLUT 1 is expressed in many human tissues and in a variety of different tumors.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
