IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide (FFFGDEEEDEDEAYD) corresponding to amino acids 2503-2517 of human PARC. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

  • Storage: Store at -20°C.
  • Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
  • Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA (1: 250 dilution) and Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution) using the immunizing peptide. P53-associated parkin-like cytoplasmic protein (PARC) is a 270 kDa protein that acts as a cytoplasmic anchor for p53 unstressed cells, thereby regulating the localization and subsequent function of p53. It contains a cullin domain and a RING-IBR-RING domain at the carboxy terminus and it is ubiquitously expressed.
  • Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
