Anti-human basic FGF IgG fraction is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against purified human recombinant basic FGF. It is purified using Protein G.

- Biological activity: Using a 1:100 dilution, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this polyclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human basic FGF by Western blot analysis. Under these same conditions, there is no detectable cross-reaction with recombinant human acidic FGF.
