Catalog no.
MR-421B-4
$275.00
IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6B9/F11) obtained by immunization of mice with the extra-cellular domain of interleukin 2 receptor beta chain (32 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). The IL-2R beta chain (CD122) associates with CD25 (IL-2R a chain), and CD132 (? chain of IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15 receptors) to form the high-affinity IL-2 receptor. It is critical for mediating biological effects of IL-2 and IL-15 on T cells and NK cells.
- Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS
