Anti-human Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF) IgG (IgM) fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human KGF. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography (Final: reverse-phase HPLC). The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G.

  • Storage: Store at -20°C.
  • Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
  • Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes human KGF using an ELISA assay. The use of this monoclonal antibody for Western Blot analysis is only recommended if a secondary antibody recognized IgM molecules with good sensitivity.
  • Formulation: IgM fraction. Frozen liquid (200 µL) at 0.50 mg/mL. Formulated in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
