Anti-human IGF-Binding protein 5 IgG (IgG-1) fraction is a monoclonal antibody produced in mouse and elicited to human recombinant IGF-binding Protein 5 (yeast derived recombinant protein). It is purified by affinity chromatography using Protein G. The respective epitope, on IGF-BP5, recognized by this antibody has not yet been determined.

  • Storage: Store at -20°C.
  • Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
  • Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody strongly recognizes human IGFBP-5 on ELISA or Western blot analysis. It does not present cross-reactivity to other IGF-BPs on a Western blot analysis (1/100 dilution)
  • Formulation: IgG fraction (IgG-1) in liquid. 100 µg at 1 mg/mL. Formulated in PBS (pH 7.4). Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
