Anti-mouse EGF IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified recombinant mouse EGF expressed in yeast cells, and purified by sequential chromatography (Final: reverse-phase HPLC). The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G. IgG Subtype: IgG-1.

- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse recombinant EGF in the oxidized or reduced form of the protein. It does not cross react with human EGF on a Western blot assay (1/100 dilution)
