Anti-Human MIP-1 beta, IgG Fraction, Monoclonal

Anti-human MIP-1 beta IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant MIP-1 beta. The antigen was produced in genetically engineered yeast, and purified by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody was purified using Protein G.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
• Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human MIP-1 beta by Western analysis (1/100 dilution) and ELISA. This antibody is very specific for MIP-1 beta, presenting no cross reactivity with other MIPs proteins.
• Formulation: IgG fraction. 100 µg. Frozen liquid. 0.50 mg/mL. Formulated in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
