IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 8E4/E9) obtained by immunization of mice with an N-terminal region of TFPI (aa1 – aa160). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). TFPI is the main physiological inhibitor of the extrinsic coagulation pathway. It is a Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor comprising three tandem units, the first and second units inhibit Factor VIIa/tissue factor complex and factor Xa respectively.
