Anti-human PDGF-BB IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant PDGF-BB. The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G.

- Biological activity: This purified monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human PDGF-BB in the oxidized or reduced form by Western blot analysis using a 1:100 dilution together with the alkaline phosphatase detection sysytem.
