Mouse monoclonal antibody IgG fraction (clone 6B3/I5) obtained by immunizing mice with a purified human recombinant basic FGF expressed in yeast cells. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA (1: 8,000 dilution) and Western blot (1:10,000 dilution) assays. It recognizes human recombinant basic FGF and does not cross react with human recombinant acidic FGF. Storage: Keep frozen at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Formulation: IgG fraction. Frozen liquid. 1 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.4). Some of the liquid in the vial could have been evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
