Herpes simplex virus 2 glycoprotein G (RECOMBINANT)

Recombinant protein made in yeast cells as a fusion with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It comprises from Leu 343 to Asp 649. Purified by ion-exchange chromatography followed by gel filtration.

• Purity: Over 90% pure.
• Storage: Store at -80°C.
• Stability: At least 1 year at -80°C.
• Biological activity: It detects circulating antibodies in patients with herpes simplex-2 infection.
• Formulation: Solution at 0.50 mg/mL in PBS, 0.1% SDS, 1mM EDTA (pH 7.4)
