IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 8F3/F8) obtained by immunization of mice with nucleoprotein of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution), Western Blot (1:10,000) and immunofluorescence studies. It recognizes the epitope (aa274 - aa286) of nucleoprotein of Andes virus. It does not have cross reactivity with either nucleoprotein of Sin Nombre nor Puumala virus.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
