IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 3E11/I8) obtained by immunization of mice with HERV K capsid antigen (74 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1:8,000 dilution) and Western Blot analysis (1:10,000 dilution).
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
