Anti-HCV Helicase. IgG fraction (monoclonal)

IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 5F6/H11) obtained by immunization of mice with Helicase antigen (50 kDa) from aa1193 - aa1657 of HCV 1a polyprotein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1:100,000 dilution) and Western Blot analysis (1:16,000 dilution). HCV Helicase is a nucleotide triphosphate - dependent enzyme that catalyzes the unwinding of positive - stranded RNA from hepatitis C virus.
• Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
