Mouse monoclonal antibody which recognizes the epitope located between Lys 10 and Ser 53 of the HCV (subtype 1a) polyprotein. Obtained by immunization with highly purified hepatitis C core antigen (Clone 4H2-2).

- Biological activity: Reacts in ELISA as well as in dot blot tests. IgG Subtype: IgG-1.
