Hepatitis C virus NS4 antigen (RECOMBINANT)

Antigen is produced in E. coli as a fusion with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers from Ile 1694 to Leu 1735 of the HCV-1a polyprotein. It is equivalent to the 5-1-1 antigen.

• Purity: Over 95% pure.
• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
• Biological activity: This protein reacts in ELISA and dot blots with serum from HCV seropositive individuals.
• Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in 50mM sodium borate, 0.5M NaCl, 20mM DTT, 2mM EDTA (pH 8.4)
