Anti-Vibrio Anguillarum, IgG Fraction, Monoclonal, Clone 4F1/H2

Mouse monoclonal antibody IgG fraction (clone 4F1/H2) obtained by immunizing mice with whole cells of Vibrio anguillarum (ATCC 14181). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA (1: 4,000 dilution), Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution), and indirect immunofluorescence (1: 2,000 dilution) assays. Vibrio anguillarum is a Gram-negative, curve rod-shaped, motile by a single polar flagellum and facultative anaerobic bacterium. It is the causative agent of vibriosis which is characterized by a terminal haemorrhagic septicemia and is associated with high mortality rates in salmonids and non-salmonids species. Different serovars of V.anguillarum have been described as O1 though O23, serovars O1 and O2 are those most often found in fish diseases.
