Human IGF-Binding protein 6 is produced in genetically engineered yeast, and purified by affinity chromatography and HPLC.

- Purity: Over 90% pure by SDS gel electrophoresis.
- Storage: Store at +4°C. Reconstitution is best in water or buffer near neutral pH. After reconstitution, storage in aliquots at -80°C is recommended.
