Rabbit anti-Grapevine Fleck Virus (GFkV). WHOLE SERUM

This polyclonal antibody (serum) reacts with extracts of GFkV-infected plants in PTA (Plate-Trapped Antigen)-ELISA and Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution). GFkLV belongs to the genus Maculavirus of the family Tymoviridae and its genome is composed by a single-stranded positive-sense RNA.GFkLV virions have a rounded contour and prominent surface structure with coat protein subunits (28 kDa) clusteres in pentamers and hexamers. Grapevine fleck is a widespread graft-transmissible disease.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

• Formulation: 2 mL of whole serum. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
