$425.00
IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mixture of three synthetic peptides corresponding to aa35-47 (KECKSQNLLRY KE), aa317-328 (AGPFSPKDNNAK), and aa509-521 (KHFKKEVGTPSAT) of the ToRSV coat protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

ToRSV belongs to the genus Nepovirus of the family Comoviridae, its genome consists of two segments of positive single-stranded RNA molecules. Virions are spherical and composed of 60 copies of a single capsid protein and are transmitted by a nematodes, grafting and seeds.
