IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mixture of four synthetic peptides corresponding to aa3-15 (KFTTERLAQFALA), aa304-319 (KWLRNRRSQIDSQEDN), aa622-635 (KAGSTQQESERPVD), and aa894-907 (KRNASAYTSIYRKR) of the OLRSV coat protein.The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts with the mixture of the above peptides in ELISA and Western Blot (1: 100 dilution). OLRSV belongs to the genus Nepovirus of the family Comoviridae,its genome consists of two segments of positive single-stranded RNA molecules. OLRSV has an isometric morphology with a single coat protein of 57.6 kDa. It is transmitted by mechanical inoculation and grafting.
- Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
