Rabbit Anti-Strawberry Mild Yellow Edge-Associated Virus (SMYEAV) IgG fraction POLYCLONAL

IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mixture of three synthetic peptides corresponding to aa64-77 (KVATREQILGIVAD), aa119-131 (RMQVAAVVRNHCT), and aa219-231 (SNSTLLTKGASRS) of the SMYEAV coat protein.The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts with extracts of SMYEAV-infected plants in PTA (Plate-Trapped Antigen)-ELISA (1: 50 dilution). SMYEAV belongs to the genus Potexvirus of the family Flexiviridae and its genome consists of a single-stranded positive-sense RNA. SMYEAV has a flexuous filamentous morphology with a coat protein of 25 kDa and it is transmitted by an aphid and grafting.
• Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
