Rabbit Anti-Rupestris Stem Pitting Associated Virus (RSPaV) IgG fraction POLYCLONAL
Catalog no.
AP-3103-9
$425.00
IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mixture of three synthetic peptides corresponding to aa7-19 (KLPGESNEAFEAR), aa112-125 (SDVGSSQRSTLIGK), and aa232-244 (KRSSNLGEISGGT) of the RSPaV coat protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts with the mixture of the above peptides in ELISA and Western blot assays (1: 500 dilution). RSPaV belongs to the genus Foveavirus of the family Flexiviridae, its genome consists of a double-stranded RNA and is characterized by a high genomic variability. The genomic variants share a highly conserved coat protein of 28 kDa. RSPaV is widespread among different grapevine genotypes and is transmitted by grafting.
- Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
