Mouse monoclonal antibody IgG fraction (clone 6D4/F6) obtained by immunizing mice with a recombinant coat protein of GFkLV. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C
- Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody reacts with extracts of GFkV-infected plants in DAS-ELISA ( 1: 2,000 dilution) and Western blot (1: 2,000 dilution) using the coat recombinant protein). GFkLV belongs to the genus Maculavirus of the family Tymoviridae and its genome is composed by a single-stranded positive-sense RNA.GFkLV virions have a rounded contour and prominent surface structure with coat protein subunit (28 kDa) clusters in pentamers and hexamers. Grapevine fleck is a widespread graft-transmissible disease.
- Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
