Mouse IgG anti Vibrio choleral monoclonal antibody reacting with LPS epitopes present in the bacterial cell wall. The antigen used for immunization corresponds to Vibrio cholerae 01, serotype Ogawa, biotype ELT or, inactivated at 56°C for 30 min. This antibody performs well in ELISA, IFI, Western blots and particle aglutination assays. Evaluated through ELISA and indirect immuno-fluorescence (IFI) with two panels of microorganisms normally present in stool samples. One panel include 72 potential antigenically related bacterial strains, the second panel included pathogenic bacterial strains involved in diarrhea cases.

  • Storage: Store at +4°C. May be frozen at -20°C.
  • Stability: At least 1 year +4°C.
  • Biological activity: The antibody reacts with cholera antigens in Western blots.
  • Formulation: Solution at 0.25 mg/mL in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
