IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 3A9/H6) obtained by immunization of mice with an ovalbumin-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminal aa1 - aa50 of human silent information regulator 2 homolog (Sirt7). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution). It recognizes Sirt7, a NAD-dependent deacetylase, cytoplasmatic protein located under the nuclear membrane involved in diverse processes ranging from regulation of gene silencing to DNA damage response in mammalian cells.
