IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1C1/F7) obtained by immunization of mice with an ovalbumin-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminal aa1 – aa44 of human silent information regulator 2 homolog (Sirt 6). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
