IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2D2/H11) obtained by immunization of mice with an ovalbumin-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to aa28 - aa77 of human silent information regulator 2 homolog (Sirt3). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). It recognizes Sirt3, a mitochondrial NAD-dependent deacetylase, enzyme involved in the constitutive deacetylation of one or several mitochondrial proteins. The Sirtuin 3 activity could play an important role in the mechanism of the acetylation control of factors directly involved in apoptotic pathways.
