Anti- human Sirtuin type 1 (SIRT 1) IgG fraction (monoclonal)

IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 3H2/G8) obtained by immunization using an ovalbumin-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to aa551–aa599 of human silent information regulator 2 homolog (Sirt1) protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1: 8,000 dilution), immunoblot and immunoprecipitation analysis. It recognizes Sirt1 (120kDa), a NAD-dependent p53 deacetylase; protein involved in diverse processes ranging from regulation of gene silencing to DNA damage response in mammalian cells.
