IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 9D5/I7) obtained by immunization using a recombinant human CDK8. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA analysis. CDK8 phosphorylates the CTD (carboxy-terminal domain) of the large subunit of RNA polymerase II. It is bound to and is activated by Cyclin C. CDK8 is involved in the control of cell cycle by transcriptional regulation.
- Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.2).
