IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 4E4/G7)obtained by immunization using a recombinant TFIIE (p56) protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA (1: 8000 dilution). It recognizes the large subunit (p56) by Western blot analysis. TFIIE and TFIIH both appear to play important roles in the subsequent transition from initiation to elongation, a process known as promotor clearence by RNA polymerase.
