L-Myc is a nuclear protein with two molecular forms of 60 and 66 kDa and it plays a role in the control of cell growth, cell cycle progression, neoplasia, and apoptotic cell death. It contains a basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper domain required for dimerization and binds DNA as an heterodimer with Max protein. Both molecular forms have been detected in some carcinoma cell lines.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFormulation:\u003c\/strong\u003e Solution at 1 mg\/mL in PBS.
