It contains a basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper domain required for dimerization and binds DNA as an heterodimer with MAX protein. c-Myc is overexpressed in different tumors such as colorectal, gastric, gallbladder, hepatic, mammary, pulmonary, prostatic, endocrine, as well as hematopoietic neoplasms.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFormulation:\u003c\/strong\u003e Solution at 1 mg\/mL in PBS.
