Rabbit anti-Human S-phase Kinase-associated protein 1A (Skp1) IgG fraction polyclonal antibody
Catalog no.
PCA-3040a-9
$425.00
IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide (AQVRKENQWCEEK) corresponding to amino acids 151-163 of human Skp1 . The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA (1: 250 dilution) and Western blot (1:1,000 dilution) using the immunizing peptide. S-phase kinase-associated protein 1A (Skp1) is a component of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex, which mediates the ubiquitination of proteins involved in cell cycle progression, signal transduction and transcription. Skp1 interacts directly with cullin 1 and F-box proteins in the SCF complex. It is also involved in the control of beta-catenin levels and the activity of beta-catenin dependent TCF transcription factors.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
