$425.00
IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide (LGERLAKQKIEDHLLSSGK) corresponding to amino acids 409-427 of human TRAIL R2. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA and Western blot (1:500 dilution) using the immunizing peptide. Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand receptor 2 (TRAIL R2 or TRICK 2) or also termed death receptor 5 (DR5) is a type I membrane protein that contains a cytoplasmic death domain. It binds TRAIL and mediates apoptosis via intracellular adaptor molecule FADD/MORT 1 and activation of NF?B.
- Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
