It binds and inhibits the caspase-3 proteolytic activity and controls the checkpoint in the G2\/M phase of the cell cycle to promote cell division by the control of microtubule stability and assembly of a normal mitotic spindle. Survivin is highly expressed during fetal development, transformed cell lines, human cancers and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFormulation:\u003c\/strong\u003e Solution at 1 mg\/mL in PBS.
