Cullins (1, 2, 3, 4a, 5 and 7) are a family of proteins that assemble a large number of ubiquitin ligases to catalyse polyubiquitiation, as well as binding to various specific factors to recruit substrates. Cullin 5 (CUL 5) is a component of E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes and it is involved in proteosomal degradation of p53\/TP53 stimulated by adenovirus E1B-55 kDa protein. It may also form a cell surface vasopresin receptor and it may play a role in brast tumorigenesis.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFormulation:\u003c\/strong\u003e Solution at 1 mg\/mL in PBS.
